Has anyone had luck connecting the application online after eCAS shows up? (I do not have an AOR yet)

Based on what I have read here, for "number of family members" when linking application online, people are using MOTHER+FATHER only. Is that correct? I am sponsoring my MOTHER+FATHER+SISTER (so, 3 .

Maybe wait for your AOR email/letter so you can get all the information you need like file number and UCI.
They will send it to you depend on which date of submission. Please refer to the tracker and you can find the link if you read the past pages.

or call CIC, they will tell you your UCI..but i think you don't need it anymore since you are able to check your ecas.

Thank you. I did call IRCC yesterday, and the agent said she couldn't see what the correspondence was because the file was being handled by the Visa Office. But the Visa Office has not sent me an email as they did previously with every step, including when they requested additional documents back in April 2019. It is really bizarre and confusing! I have sent an email to the Visa Office to see if they can resend me whatever correspondence was sent on 31 July!

Nevermind, I see you a 2018 applicant. Yes, it should be the PPR, might get sent by snail mail.

I just called IRCC this morning and was advised that my case is normal, no missing doc or communication. Just have to wait....sigh

That is fine. At least, nothing is wrong at the moment and sometimes, no news is good news.

when Linking application the family members count is:-

Sponsor + if Co-signer + PA + Dependent - kids
If you dont have co- signer you members will be 4,
If you have co-signer then it will be 5

@snganu When you click on "DM" what detail points you see? Can you please share that by masking your confidential info?

Pleasw update tracker. I was able to check ECAS using principal sponsor's UCI number and was able to see application received date which is May 21. By the way, do we have to contact CIC if the principal sponsor's status changed from permanent resident to canadian citizen? When we submitted the application for PGP, the status of sponsor was still permanent resident. Thanks.
