Keep in mind that there will be a Federal skill draw only around sept/oct. That would boost crs high as well.

What you mean? They wont be having draws for express entry in sept/ oct?

It happens in special case when they issue PPR directly. I think you will get PPR soon. In special case they skip ITA and AOR Just Kidding.

if 3 weeks gap really happen, the CRS will back to 470 again
If draw tomorrow/Friday, the CRS will be 458 with April-May Tie-break or stay 459 worst case

well some times draw happened very early and sometimes very late, So i think it has nothing to do with 4 PM ottawa or any specific timing. It has nothing to do with business hours. So we will see draw anytime soon. Keep the hope

bro keep hope alive, there will be draw today after 4 PM ottawa or before. There will be a draw for sure. and even if there is variation there wont be 4 week gap. The only reason I believe so because there is no reason for 4 week gap again.
