I can speak based on my experience. I got mine 2 weeks after my medicals were done.

My timeline was as follows
2nd Medical conducted : 29th June 2019
Update on profile : 16th July 2019
PPR email : 17th July 2019

*On 12th July 2019 I had shared the acknowledgement via a web form, but I don't know whether that was reason for update on 16th or just a coincidence.

Based on my personal experience I would suggest waiting for another week. It should happen.

Called hospital today and the delay is from their side
I feel like crying now like there’s some issue at every single step

He was aged and too slow maybe that’s the reason he’s taking everything for granted

does anyone know usually how long does it take from medical extension to ppr?
i know it's not predictable because NOBODY IS ACTUALLY WORKING AT IRCC
