July 13, 2019: Biometrics requested
July 15, 2019: Sponsor approved
July 15, 2019: Medical request
July 23, 2019: Biometrics completed
July 27, 2019: Medical completed

Waiting for file transfer now i guess? I wish they would give me some sort of update.

Both PA and Sponsor got DM on ECAS last Aug 2, no update since still waiting for PPR. PA from Phil. How many days will i wait for PPR?

You will be able to receive PPR email soon. I got mine in 4 days

After DM you will just wait for your PPR. On my case my papers has been transferred and processed on CPC-M. When I received my PPR it is from Mississauga. So what I did is I filled up the IRCC webform to change VO so that I can submit my passport in Philippines for Visa stampinh then after 4 days I got another PPR email from Manila embassy to submit passport at VFS where I did my biometrics

Some of the timeline i've seen here, they got their passport back in a week.
