I wonder what makes you think that biometric exemption slows down the process. @DC1018 was exempted and is the first one in this forum to get PPR. I think you should really practice some restraint before making such baseless assumptions. Good luck with your application.

Each case is different. Last year my friend was selected in draw for his parents and MIL. His MIL recieved PPR in 3 months tops and parents recieved in 5 months. Don't jump to conclusions if you have no experience

My application was received may 21st, on july 29th they requested IMM5669 with handwritten signatures which were sent the next day.

I still cannot access ecas, anyone knows a similar case and when can i hope that they activate my ecas ?

wait 4-5 days to get SA letter with name of Local Visa office where your PR file will process.

@imm_leb_01 My app was received May 17th and they requested a form July 15th (submitted same day). I'm still waiting for ecas. I'm not concerned, it does cause a bit of a delay but they'll get there.

Mine changed to decision made last week and I don’t have SA letter yet. Lol. Give them extra time.
