Oh wow, already two years??? Did you call them? Spoke to mp? Can’t believe already two Medicals expired even and still no decision... I would try connecting visa office and would ask what happens there...

yes im aware of that...but normally they dont disclose PAs process update to Sponsor unless u r the representative of ur PA!

Your police certificate submitted with the file may have expired. I would suggest applying for one as soon as possible and send it to them.
This means they have started working on your file at London Visa Office.
