What is your timeline and when did you apply ?

No additional document was requested. I am just trying to figure out what stage is the application after medical was passed last month

At this time, the application is still at CIO Sydney. Based on the observation and studying numerous cases and GCMS notes, I have come to conclusion that certain program called OB540 standard is being checked for each applicant under outland spousal category. If your app fits under this standard, you get passed to Mississauga office and you get PPR in few weeks. Rest of all the applications eventually get rated as per this standard and if they do not qualify, standard processing time of approx. 12 months is applied to them and they are pushed out to respective VOs.

I did not fill out that part. Is there another form he needs to fill out in order for me to become authorized representative?
I will try calling regardless. I have not heard anything since the medical.

Sponsor can fill this form called " Representative Application Form". PA and Sponsor both need to fill and sign this form and then send a scanned copy online to CIC to get authorization from PA to act as his/her representative and talk directly with CIC anytime on PA behalf.
