I too emailed Ralph's office, the details given were name and EE application number. But no reply. Does he need any further information or something like that to contact ircc?

You also need to include Country of birth, date of birth, contact number that you had provided in the application and your email id.

I am past 6 months. I requested Ralph for the first time 6 days ago with all the details. Did not get a reply. But I see everyone else seem to be getting response in 1-2 days. Do people always get a response from Ralph?

I had also emailed him twice and didn't get a reply. Then I realised that I had not included my Date of birth detail. So I emailed him again today with the DOB and I got the reply within a few hours.

Hope you have included the below details in your mail:
Name, email id, country of birth, date of birth, application number, Unique client identifier, Mobile/contact number and type of application.

Also, they work from Monday to Thursday only. And try to email them during their morning hours. Preferably by 8 am their time. You should then get a response soon.

Eligibility is already started in your case which is probably why you have lately got ADR...I don't know exactly about ghost updates..
there are three possibilities Eligibility-related meaning ADR-related, Security-related or PPR-related

2- English *press 1*

3- immigration *press 1*

4- transfer to citzship and imm can processing application *press 1*

5- status or processing times *press 1*

6- become permanent resident *press 2*

7- application starts with E *press 2*

8- then enter *application number* followed by #

9- listen to the entered number and *press 1* to confirm

10- enter the *year of birth* and then listen the entered number and *press 1* to confirm

11- hear the details

12- then *press 1* to check status (there will be a pause)

13- hear detailed status at the end *press 0* to speak to agent.

Apparently my file is awaiting final review and approval.
A few minutes ago, I also noticed a ghost update on my profile so fingers crossed PPR mail arrives soon!
