Hello @legalfalcon pls I need your advice or from anyone else. I got an ADR on Monday, 22nd of July and it states "Funds, proof: Provide bank statements highlighting salary deposits from ***** Company".

Now here is my question: should I only provide what they asked or include my fixed deposit certificate as well ? I'm asking because my POF was money given to me by my mum and I fixed it and provided the investment letter in my initial submission. I worry because they didn't the placeholder for upload is under POF and not employment. Thanks for your prompt response.

Ask relevant questions like
1. Status of criminality and security in BG.
2. Status of PoF in elegibilty check.

They will not speed up the process but can provide you currently running status.
I mailed them after my call to IRCC.

My webform was replied last night, and the status change to profile updated resume his morning. What does it indicate. But when I check it Changed to submitted.

This means you are close to getting the golden mail

His staff probably only take 5 minutes to check all details of the file.

Can't tell you how much time, but I can say that your BG has been started processing right now.

I agree. I am amazed how someone found him and tried to make him do someone else's job. As much as it is his duty to serve the public, it is not his office's job to check people's immigration status. I was thinking calling CIC every week was quite brutal but reaching out to a MP of a country where you haven't even immigrated yet is very unkind.

Hi All,
I wanted to ask a couple of questions regarding the express entry PR visa timelines:

1. Once I have submitted my newborn children’s documents, how long does it take for the CIC to request a medical for newborn children and for my wife (her X-ray is pending)?
2. Once the medicals are done, as per current trends, how long does it take to receive a PPR please?

My particulars:

1. I’m the principal with dependent wife and twin sons. FSW Outland (India)
2. Feb 20, 2019 was my AOR
3. April 15 was our biometrics’ date
4. My twins were born on 1 June and the CIC has given me time till Aug 31 to submit their docs, but I have everything ready and will submit the forms and documentation by July 31.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Medical cleared on 26 March, bio cleared April 2. Waiting PR right now. You have to submit new born medical and passport and birth certificate with photo graph with forms filled. My kid is non accompanying

Thanks @avarics. So you submitted everything in April and are still waiting for the PR? If I may ask which program did you apply under?
