i do use the tracker before asking a question, that's how i figured it takes about a week for the process for some.
but I dont know if ppl who got medical request went to do an exam and when they did it, it can only be updated to the tracker after they have gotten a result.
anyway

in Gujarat they asking letter from CIC requesting PCC. it was not mention on website but still they are asking CIC letter to submit PCC application at Passport Seva.

Just wondering
a day or two ago I saw someone mentioned that he/she received “pre pr letter”. Does it mean they went through the whole process within 2-3 months and they are about to receive PR for their parents?

I was informed they are not using "intake cap of 2019" in the new AoR.

Even if it is out of the 2019 intake, it is still accepted and will be processed, why are you worried so much? Sooner or later your application will be processed, they do have quota each year that they cannot breach

Any idea how much time it takes for SA correspondence letter after SA ECAS status changed to DM. My SA status changed on 24-Jul, in ecas its mentioned "We sent you correspondence on July 24, 2019 about the decision on your application." However, I haven't received letter yet.

First, I want to congratulate you an your parents.
I have a question, Do they require household registeration certificate for all Chinese? My mom is here with me. Should I ask my uncle to get certified copies of Hukou and PCC now? I don't know how long it will take to get those... and did you send the scanned pdf or you mailed the paper copies?
