Are you PA or sponsor? UCI for PA and sponsor are different. I don't have surname in my passport either but I was able to login on ECAS.

send all the documents that can support your file such as boarding passes ,phone history, chat history, honeymoon receipts even you can write a letter mentioning your relationship how you met each other and more , your friend who attend the wedding letter from them , if you send any financial support you did that receipts as well !

one can login to ECAS using both PA and Sponsor details.

ok there two ways you can view which i am using one is GCKEY with PA info and other is application status on CIC.gc.ca where you can put your information . for eg that would be your PR card # and your date of birth .

Yes you have to pay For biometrics , did they gave you any instructions how to pay

Yes I already paid Biometrics on 10 July. But nothing came after that for Biometrics request .
