I don't think so. when I was rejected I got that letter first. but still I faced rejection. in sds this letter doesn't matter.

whoever I see got their visa, I noticed that they got visa with correspondences letter at a time or within 2 days of letter. I didn't see one who have waited after the letter and got their visa. Please let me know someone got visa after after long time gap of correspondences letter. anyone you or your friend heard that???????
