This morning, my ecas status changed to both DM. MyCIC is still showing eligibility reviewing, additional documents reviewing and background check in progress. I called IRCC to confirm, agent advised all has passed and needed to wait for the official letter. I didn't receive any letter or notification at this point. I guess I just need to wait for the final letter, which was the same for Sponsor stage a month ago.

For those who thinks non-disability and non parental/maternity EI count as income because they paid tax, read the following post. To calculate family income, deduct EI (not disability and maternity related) from line 150 of NOA. It's interesting to see this requirement was commonly accepted in the PGP 2018 discussion but an unsettle topic on the PGP 2019 thread.

wait for background check and PPR

I think her background check is done if the DM is already there. She should be getting PPR after this, my thought.

During PNP applications, Eligibility and background check status remained in progress even till after PPR.
Not until the counterfoil was generated that the MyCIC was updated to Application approved.
