I just got PPR email yesterday after 47 days. Of course wayyyyyyyy quicker than I expected. My stream is CEC and I am French.

Submitted my application on July 22, 2019 and got the AOR.

I haven't submitted "Letter of Explanation (LOE)" along with my application, was it compulsory to upload it? Should I upload it now at this stage?
