What does it mean?

It means that most likely within a week you will receive your final decision. Majority receive it within 2 to 3 days, but there are some cases within the same day or with delay of up to 10 days...

Mine is same with yoh 2 days age i got alert for medical and now i git one more alert from do not reply whts that id dont know bcz my GCkey account is with consultant
