so call center said my application is in queue for bio letter, they said it has been reviewed but the office has not processed further yet, not sure what that mean but the process is so random, and lack of communication make it worse

Hi..
We were lucky the person doing fingerprints and receiving documents spoked our language. But then the actual officer asked questions directly to her, my mom tried to answer to basic yes and no questions and wherever she got stuck I will reply.. Hope this helps.

I just realized that I totally forgot to include IMM 5406. Will CIC return my application due to incompleted application or will they ask for send a request for additional information?

This is a shame and I am not sure how could I missed them. What should I do now?

CIC will ask you to submit missing IMM 5406. wait for CIC request.

ECas is still Application received, Got Aor email on Friday and Bio-Metric Request today in email.
