I just called IRCC.
the Agent said that they've completed the processing of my application and it's positive and that's why I received the ghost update on Saturday.
She also said I will have a landing interview at Etobicoke and it might take a while for them to send me an email. I might have to wait until August 31 she said
Does this mean I don't receive the PPR email ?

No, I checked today no update in my application online, my passport got delivered on Tuesday last week.
