I never checked that, I started checking my ECAS status just this month.
But I got the medical request on 8 May, appointment for the medical exam was conducted on 13 May, and Medical passed on 16 May.
There was no update regarding the medical passed via email, but I checked my online account on 16th night, and it was updated.

Can you check the status as MR or MP by ECAS(service3)? Now I can check the status by ECAS as follows:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 6, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on June 14, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on June 13, 2019.

I am outland in Dubai, UAE . File in London Visa office. Just waiting for years now. I think its life time process.
