The doctor may ask for additional tests in that case depending on how many years of being cancer free or what stage it was- benign/ metastatic.

The other member just replied you in more details. Also, I'd highly suggest that you do your own due diligence and read the form instructions again. Clearly you have some misunderstanding.

Then you might want to take a hard look at your income again assuming you did not add your father in the family unit.

It all depends if doctor finds any recent signs of progressive CVD on examination, may or may not require further tests depending on their present situation.

I was able to link my application a while back without this number.

Father - Of course; he is a non-accompanying dependent if they are still married.
Sister - If she is above 22 and married, she won't be considered a dependent.

I suggest you read the application guide carefully. You may even need to revisit the Income calculations.

Hello members,
I received the below email stating that my forms are incomplete, I am just sponsoring my mother and she has no dependents. I don't understand why they are asking my again to re-submit the IMM0008 & the IMM5406 while I am 300% sure that I submitted them in the application form and they are fully completed. Can someone please guide me? I don't want my application to be refused ! Shall I re-fill the forms again and send them to my mother to sign them then scan and send them by email as they mentioned ? (They listed that I can send them by email for faster processing).

You'll pass, if your parents medical cost is under $102,585 over 5 years (or $20,517 per year)

Did you call CIC ? I called them early this week and was told its in temp status as they are checking file completeness. Not sure what they are checking so hard when I only applied for mother who is widow.

Yes my parents are still married.

My sister is 26 years old
