Yes it differs for each stream. CEC being the fastest followed by inland and Outland applicants. I think you will get your passport before August 15. Don't worry. Did you try calling cic today and check?

Called 10 days back and the agent said everything is done just need to send back passport. Still waiting.

Our passports were delivered to Ottawa office on July 4th, no update since then. Just called CIC, and they said that our passports are still in the printing room and visas haven't been printed yet. Asked how long it might take to get them printed out? They told me, could be in a few weeks. FYI if you are like me, who has been waiting long time since PPR.

Passport delivered at ottawa on July 3rd. Spoke to agent this morning and she said if Canada Post says it's delivered then that's the confirmation. Wait patiently Family class Outland applicant. PPR from Delhi Visa office . How long should we wait to see our visa details

Try to call again. Another Agent might be able to give you more info. Honestly there are some Agents who don’t really want to help.
