I did called this number, but everytime they said we are unable to transfer your call to an agent, and then ask me call back later. Thus, I never had a chance to ask my case.

My passports were delivered on Jun 24. Just logged into 'My CIC' and noticed that the application was approved and the Visa counterfoil numbers have been added!! More details about my case: https://myimmitracker.com/ca/trackers/cpc-ottawa-passport-processing/cases/case-76453

Given that your passports were delivered 2 days after mine, you should also get an update in a few days now.

I am also waiting for update of my application.
My passport copy is delivered on July 2.
And just waiting and waiting....
One question is that the Signatory name on my Xpresspost receipt, it is G MARTIN.
It is different from others signatory name.
Is there anyone who has same name as me?
