Hello All,

I am Awaiting for Medical request its been a month I have submitted my BIOMETRICS.

The Question I am working as (consultant or on Assignment) on 3rd party payroll at client company and the Client company wants to hire me as permanent employee where salary will be paid by the client company. If I switch, the Employer will get change the work will remain same. Do i have inform about this CIC or not? Will that affect my application?

Will CIC contact my previous employer if I don't inform them about my current employer change.
