Hi, my passport was delivered on July 2. There were no updates since then. I want to book a flight for a vacation in the mid of August. Anyone knows the chance of getting my passport back before August 15? I really don't wanna wait until I receive my passport because the ticket would be so expensive at that time.

No, But I call the customer care number. They said it's recieved by IRCC but they haven't opened it yet.

Hi All,

I sent the Passports and all other documents through USPS on Jan 28, 2019 which was delivered to the Visa Application Center, NY on Jan 30, 2019.

I have not received any further communication from CVAC or VFS and I am getting worried about the whereabouts of my Passports and documents. I tried contacting VFS contact center and they were not able to help me as they do not have any information on 'Permanent Residency' applications.

Has anyone else sent the passports to the NY VAC? Please share your timeline. Thanks

Hi all,

Sent the copy of my passport on July 2nd to CPC Ottawa. Canada Post tracking shows it as delivered on July 5th.
I just called CIC and they said that they haven't received anything yet. Is that normal?
