They request to redo Schedule A as electronic signature is not accepted due to a legislation change, they also request travel form for my parents with details of all the past travel history.

That means they just made the decision principally , unless you received the SA approval email , it is not finalized

you need PCC for last 10 years or since age 18, whatever is less. so no need to get PCC for kuwait and iraq

PCC required since the age 18.

Just called CIC. I used UPS to send my application, which showed as delivered on May 9th, while the representative said they received my document in office on May 15th. She also told me that my application was not opened by officers yet, so I cannot see the information in ECAS. At the same time, she could provide the temporary application.
