QQ, Imagine that the PA is outside Canada. Does the PA have to sign the "Application for Selection Certificate – Family class (form A-0520-BA)" document and send the original copy in mail. Or a sign and a photocopy is fine. Thanks

Hi everyone, If the application is returned because of missing signature on a form, do I have to redo the criminal records? As it is only valid for 3 months. By the time I resend the application the criminal records will be expired. Thanks

For criminal records, As long as they are received at CIC office before the 3 months dead-line, they should be good and CIC cannot reject that criminal record certificate.

If your application is rejected because of missing signatures, please re-send updated new forms (downloaded from cic site) as quiet alot of changes have been made to the application package as well as minor changes have also been introduced in new check-list.

It was received May 13th in Sydney and I received the medical request, biometrics request, AOR and sponsorship approval on July 4th.

I am also in same boat.
They sent the file to mississauga for further processing.
Hope for PPR in few days.
