Hi everyone I received a letter this morning stating that our application has been transferred to visa office and I still need to added an information about our new born baby who will be a Canadian by naturalization. My question is that where do I send this info

By email to the sponsor's email, all emails went to sponsor's email thusfar.

It took about a week to receive an email that informed us the documents had been received and were being forwarded to the right officer

I'm afraid I can't really give you too much help there, everyone's timeline is different. All I can tell you is that while your application is still at the Case Processing Center in Sydney, you'll get the sponsor approval notification, the biometrics request and the medical request. Just keep checking ECAS and GCKey, and make sure you check your email junk inbox every once in a while just in case something important went in there. Otherwise, all you can do is wait!

That's great, after your biometrics the next step would then be transfer to a visa office. There's unfortunately no way to predict when that happens, or which visa office you'll get sent to, but that's usually the next step. The sponsor typically receives an email about it.

Yes that’s true. But please what is the next step after application transferred to the visa office?

Please I’m just curious, why didn’t I get medical request before file transfer. Biometric is done SA letter received but I did not see medical. Is this normal or something to worry about. Visa office is ghana.
