Am I eligible to apply for my child sponsorship (14 months old) without Form C and NOA. Note that I opened bank account and deposited my savings in it so I can show CIC that I can afford the expenses of my child.

Yes. You can file for your kid's sponsorship without NOA.

In land. We were living here and so was he so we selected in land.

they dont verify employment from what i know. I changes jobs before the sponsorship was completed and my son's application was still approved. no issues at all.

We have applied for my husband's children who were all listed on his pr to come here. The applications were received may 6 2019. They had medicals done from my husband's pr application. My husband got pr in December 2018. The children had medicals done July 28th 2018. Will they have to do medicals again?
