remedicals are requested by them when your previous medical has expired...usually towards the end of the process

So meaning remedical, they are almost done processing or almost at the end? Thanks

If a Nikkah is announced inside the mosque and the Groom and Bride’s wali is present - would that be considered as a Proxy Marriage because Bride is not present at Nikkah Announcement ?

Hello friends

Ive just filled all the forms and related docuements and planning to file sponsor application for my wife and daughter. Hv few queries.

1. Canada post is better option or courier service?

2. Is it ok to paste sticky notes on different documents to help immigration officer easily identify the relevance of any document?

3. I'll be placing the documents as per below details
(i) checklist on top.
(ii) Then bar code pages of 2 forms.
(iii) Cic application forms.
(iv) Other documents in sequence as mentioned in the check list.

Plz let me knw if i am missing any thing

Hey I Wana ask .. I'm PA I ve received passport req in which they ask for appendix A in prepare documents so should I fill my blanks for which is for PA OR should I fill the spouse options too? He had cad passport

What does this mean? If the bride was not present in the mosque is the marriage not recognized by Canada ?but this is how everyone gets married in Pakistan

So we had some activity on our file last week.

• I was asked to send the RPRF (didn't pay at the start)
• I also got an email that they have officially received our application
• My wife was asked to give biometrics
• Next day she got an email asking for medical
• I got an email stating that I am eligible as a sponsor

What does this tell us about our stage?
I submitted the application on May 3rd 2019.
Got these emails on June 27th/28th.

Please can someone answer this. I am panicking. Most marriages in Pakistan are conducted in this way. Does this mean they are proxy?

Bride and Groom both signed nikkah nama but separately, and they were both present afterwards during nikkah function, rukhsati and valima.

did u get sponsor approval? just do medical n biometrics n pay the RPRF n wait for file transfer ur application is still at early stage
