GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

I had "application locked in on 2018/08/13. Case held as per Back Office program" on mine.

Seen this queried elsewhere but no answer - what does this mean exactly?

Anything to worry about?

Locked in part is not of worry because that signifies when they took the application.

I also don't think the Back Office program is also important. It can be a pilot program or whatever.

Though, your short couple sentences notes make it hard to know what is going on.

What's the recommendation for getting updated notes? I'm a month to go to the 'deadline.' I've got last month's notes which don't show any updates since March. Should I order more up to date notes? To find out what's going on? To nudge the system? What's your advice as those who have been through the process?

You won't nudge the system at all. ATIP reps have nothing to do with case officers department at all.

But you can probably get to know the progress on your file if there has been any since last order.

FSWMEC also not met, I applied for the PNP, I have an issue in the work requirement, its was a mismatch on my job duties with my NOC , that's why there is a not met here :/

"The duties listed in the letter(s) of reference DID NOT appear to be consistent with the actions in the lead statement under the NOC code selected? The letter(s) of reference DID NOT appear to be consistent with a substantial number of the main duties under the NOC code selected.PA meets education requirements."

I did uploaded a new letter of reference, can my application still be rescued?

New Delhi is very bad with responding to clients. They call your inquiry a general one not deserving a response with code name "bulk'. I have seen this many times. These two notes were entered on file in response to your webform request or your emails.

They also have no importance and only show that your request was basically discarded as unimportant.

This is not the whole file so not possible to know status of your file. What part do you want to understand? It seems straight forward.

The parts of sentences redacted are about SECURITY checks. They will show in a CBSA ATIP request if you ask for one.

I don't know what gets their attention if that is what you are asking. They usually get to a file in 2-4 months time.
