Yep, mine is the same. I have sent a web form and also my mother sent one, no answer yet. I don't feel like spending 50 minutes on hold to get a standard answer

Hi All, i linked my parents application today, and i have a question about the bio metrics. My parents did their biometrics in 2017 when applied for supervisa, and it says it is valid for 10 years. Is this true or they still need to do biometrics?

year 2019 they have to process complete 20k application and 6 month already passed. - 6 month remaining for 2019.

Super Visa/Visitor visa Biometrics is not valid for PGP.

It's the policy, and honestly I think it's a cash grabber.

So finally the time has come. My ecas is available and I am also able to link my application to myCIC
@YULIA-2016 . Please update row 117, province ON. ecas and myCIC available. Application received May 10th

One more important point for myCIC link, if your spouse is not a co-signer, do not include her/him and kids in count. For e.g in my case I was not able to link using count as 3 (me, my wife and my mother) but was successful using count as 2 (only me and my mom whom I am sponsoring). My wife is not a co-signer.

Thanks for the tip to not include spouse (if not a co-signer). I had been unable to link to mycic since last week because of this reason. Finally was able to link it.
