I created an account with GCKey however after logging in I dont see the option for "what would you like to do today, or link my paper application".

It just shows me a continue button which takes me to the IRCC home page.

I also still dont get any info from the online tool, still shows unable to identify :/ as per canada post my package received on May 17th.

any suggestion guys?

I have the 06-2019 version and can email it to you. I was asked for the form too and the letter specified that it should be the 06-2019 version.

I have been asked to submit the same form - IMM5406E - 06-2019 version. Will you be able to please share the form or share the link.
Even I am unable to find this form online. The link in the letter takes to the older version of form only.

I see both of you received figure print request on July 2. I received as well. Just wondering what is you ECAS status now, mine just changed to be " decision made" for sponsorship application status. Not sure if this means approved

2- after 10:00am
3- have used my UCI, dad's UCI and file number. My UCI shows both, Sponsor and PA.

Hello Everyone,

As per the letter recently received from Ottawa, I am supposed to fill IMM5406 (06-2019) version.
I am not able to get this version of the form from any link available on CIC website.
As per call centre, fill older version and send again - but it doesnt serve the purpose of the letter received.

Any suggestions ?
