Hi , cic sent my friends application back because of some missing information and if he reapplies can he use the same payment receipt or he has to pay the processing fees again and send a new receipt of confirmation with the application package. Application Paper based Pr ( Alberta nominated )

If his payment was not returned, the payment receipt is ok!

Yes I approach on 14 February they only reply that we received ur application on 26 November pls find processing time

Hi.. I have applied for SINP paper based.. in Feb end or March.. but i still haven't received my AOR.. so just wanted to know did you received your AOR or you still waiting and what details did you provided in the webform as we do not have any Application Number or UCI number

OR is there anyone who can guide me what can i do ? .. as i still have not received my AOR.. its almost 4-5 months.. any suggestion are invited.. please its a request

Some applicants have gotten AOR in more than one month. So you will get AOR in July.

1. My lawyer says that medical request will be sent in early 2020. But I have seen few applicants receiving medical requests in 3-4 months after AOR. Do we know what is the basis for medical request?
2. I also read about some applicants going for biometrics immediately with AOR. I have not received any such request. Do we know who gets or who does not get biometrics request?
3. My lawyer says that being inland, IRCC *may* request RCMP police clearances or may not. Do we know who gets police clearance request?

1. Every applicant has his timeline. Your lawyer gives you medical time according to the processing time on CIC website.
2. It is normal to receive biometrics instruction letter with AOR. Now if you are in-land applicants, the biometrics is not required.
3. Your lawyer maybe right.
