I got the email today from cpc Ottawa asked me to resubmit imm5406, in the email there is a link for the most recent version form, but the form can't be opened. I was looking online to find 2019 June version imm5406, I couldn't find it anywhere. Is anyone has the similar situation, is that form being replaced by the older version? Thank you.

From last 7 years,I was trying to apply parents PR. Fortunately, I have selected in 2019 PGP and got the invitation. My application was received by Ottawa on Jun 3, 2019.

Now the main concern, how can I find out that I am lucky enough to come in 20,000 applications. Is there any way to find out ?

I am very stressed.

I have the 06-2019 version and can email it to you. I was asked for the form too and the letter specified that it should be the 06-2019 version.

CIC officially confirmed they will process all the completed applications. It's open to interpretation but my firm understanding is that if you get invitation to apply, your application will be processed. The 20,000 is an estimated target which they tried to reach last yr.

So bottom line, relax.

CRA will charge intrest for late payment. Your eligibility will remain same as per line 150 with IRCC.

No I have not received biometric request, could someone post the content of that pdf letter on here please? My parents is visiting me in Canada shortly, can they take biometric here? I saw online IRCC mentioned that we can take biometric at some Service Canada starting 2019, anyone knows when in 2019 this will be available?

I had a same issue a week ago, called them and explained that the June form version is not there. The agent checked and said to use the old form. So I did.

I am failed to understand why do they ask to resubmit the form. Did you notice if you made an error in previously submitted form e.g missed native language names of family members or any other detail missed in the form ?
