Hello
Pleas can anyone tell me if I qualify for a PGWP for a postgraduate study program of 28 weeks (two semesters)?
Here is what the CIC says on the site
- less than 8 months
- you aren’t eligible for a PGWP
- more than 8 months but less than 2 years
- your PGWP may be valid for up to the same length as your study program (for example, if you completed a 9-month program, a work permit may be issued for up to 9 months)
Guys I have one case,
If the program total length is 16 months including the coop Then what will be the Length of PGWP that I shall receive???
Guys I am confused. Some people are saying that the program with 16 months length continuous can receive 3 years of PGWP and Some say it should be full 2 yrs or more.
Can some resolve this case
There is a program Whose duration is 16months including the length of Coop then will the candidate pursuing it will receive 3 yrs of PGWP??
I am completing my 2 academic term(Sept 2022 to April 2023) and I just got my co-op which starts in May -Aug 31st (4month co-op). May I know how long of PGWP I might get? If its 1 year PGWP, then what is the difference between pursing 8 months without co-op. I still get my 1 year PGWP...
