Confused form eimm5669

I'm confused which Schedule A form should I submit eimm5669 which is old update or IMM5669 updated June, 2019. They both available on Cic website

Hi I’m also confused as to which one to send because I have the latest version imm5669 06-2019 but I see other people talking about the 11-2018 version that has a validate button and I plan on sending off my application tomorrow..how did u go about yours which one did u send?

There are two forms IMM5669 but they specify which one to use for which applications. To the best of my understanding IRCC added a second IMM5669 form in this month but kept the previous version as well for certain categories of application. You can find both versions listed at the link below and it tells you which one should be used as well.

I’m applying under the spouse class
And the imm5669 version under that class is the 11-2018 version which also validates but I somehow managed to download the 06-2019 and this new form do not have a valiadate button and both Forms have the same questions the only change was the validate button and also u don’t have to type your name just a signature,also some advised the accept both old and new versions regardless of the programme, my Concern is not having my application returned..thanks

If u send the wrong one in it will definitely be returned. They accept old and new of the same form. These two forms are not the same, they would both be up and they wouldn't have different names if they were. . And the instructions say which ones go with sponsorship category. I would not take the risk.

Thank you so much I’ll go with the 11-2018 version because that’s the one under my programme..thanks again for your advice

It says the 2019 version is only for kits IMM5289 and IMM5772 --- what kits are these? I don't know what these kit numbers refer to.

So, how do we know which form is the correct form for our application? Thanks in advance, this forum is a godsend!
