Nope, we have heard nothing since the transfer. Ecas now shows "we started processing your file on April 3 2019", it's been explained by others in this thread that this is AOR2.
Anyone here can explain why does the file gets sent to NDVO in certain cases? Are these non routine applications (Divorcee, dependent kids, adopted kids, 2nd marriage, non traditional marriage, inter caste marriage, etc) or just a generic normal arranged wedding? Just trying to understand the process of why there's such a huge number of applications going to NDVO.

My file was very straight forward .1st marriag for both that too arranged by parents in 2015 and we were in contact since then . I sent them every single proof since 2015 and yet my file moved to NDVO . And i have seen people who met online a month before their marriage they are getting PPR in couple of months . I know its depends case to case but when you know that you submitted everything still you wait more tha others it really hurts .

According to the standing committee on citizenship an immigration, the majority of files do get transferred to local VOs, not just NDVO, but generally. https://openparliament.ca/committees/immigration/42-1/38/mark-giralt-1/
The transcripts are from 2016, but it doesnt appear that the process has changed significantly since then.

What's funny is that I got an automated response email from Delhi Immigration saying that "Your e-mail was received by the New Delhi visa office.
We do not respond unless you have already submitted an application and we need additional information from you. If a response is justified, we will write within 30 days. We do not provide status updates on applications in process. We do not confirm receipt of documents or passports."
However, I got another email from the Postmaster saying: Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
So it is one of two things. Either the email was sent through successfully and i got a response email back, or that, they send out response emails whether or not the email actually is in their mail box queue. My suspicion is that it is the second one, in which case their systems are stupid
So should I mail them tomorrow
Hello,
We applied on 29 October, our time line is
Received 1 Nov
AOR Feb 16
Sponsor approval Feb 22
Transferred to New Delhi Feb 22.
Haven't received medical request .
I'm not able to link my application using GC key.
Can anyone give me insight as to what I can expect? Will I be scheduled for an interview?
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
File Received: Oct 11,2018
Medical request: Jan 7,2019
Medical done: Jan 10, 2019
File Transfer to NDVO : Jan 10, 2019
Medical Received: Jan 18,2019(as per ECAS)
And after that we are waiting.
1st of all I must thank you for comments.
My time line is bit diff from you but Processing by NDVO is almost same, so lets sit and wait. Also lets see any 1 else in the same situation.
Btway Kaur ji are you in Alberta?
Application recieved 10 April 2019
AOR 03 May 2019
Sponsor approval and Biometric request 11 June 2019
Medical request 12 June 2019
Medical Passed 17 June 2019
File transferred to CPC- Mississauga 19June 2019
File transferred from CPC-M to New delhi visa office 02 July 2019
My question : Do file transfer from CPC-M to NDVO take the same time for processing as to from CPC- Sydney directly to NDVO?
Also any idea on the current trend of processing time at NDVO?
Is there any chance of faster processing time if it is transferred from CPC-M to NDVO and not directly from CPC-Sydney to NDVO?
