Are you sure? Why does it say June 12, 2019 at 11:59:22 UTC on the immigration page? That should be 5:30 PM IST. Is there a delay?

What were the requirements ?

They would send you a NOI , and once the documents that you sent to them are legit, you should get a PNP certificate.
