I think the draw time is 11.59 am utc, but they update the website a couple of hours later.

I heard they do reassessment if there is 2 points difference in any of sections. So they must have already done it.

Mine was 8.5-8.5-6-7.5 for LRWS: 2.5 difference between LR and W.
I requested EoR and they increased to 6.5.
