Medical done on may 13th and submitted on may 21 2019
And as of now my medical says we didnot received so i called them today and they said it can take some time to update it but we have got your medical in our file
MP- still waiting as of today
received pre arrival letter today morning
bc says we are processing it

let me know if any of you are having same experience

Is the PAL necessary step before DM and PPR?

We have the same timeline but I got pre arrival services letter on June 19.

Bulletin 1 is the same as PAL, because Hongkong office only send Bulletin no PAL. I have the same AR and AOR timeline with you ,Bulletin 1 received in May, maybe you'll receive Bulletin 2 later before PPR.
