So now I should expect, in an ideal scenario bg status should move to real IP1 ("Your application is in progress...") to real IP2 ("We are processing your background check....") before PPR right?
True! However recently, people who have got their ppr have claimed that sometimes, once the status changes from False IP2 to IP1, the status remains the same until PPR or moves to IP2 like only few hours before PPR

I don't on purpose ignore messages. But please be mindful, that this is not my full time job. I do this to help others. I log in and when I see a message, I respond.
If you find this rude, I am sorry, I can't do much about it.
Otherwise, yesterday I was on the phone with an agent and she told me the latest note in my application is : The applicant was found eligible. She told me the next step is a decision should be made.

Congrats! Could you please share your AOR date and where you applied from? I also have AOR in April and now waiting anxiously. Would be also great if you can share what number you called and how long did you wait? Thanks a lot and if it's not something you want to publicize, you could message me instead. Thanks a lot for your help
Well I am in Canada and tried on this number 1-888-242-2100 but system hung up the phone by saying that we do not find your information in the system and to the option of " speak to agent" the automated voice hung up the phone by saying that "experiencing problem consult website sorry for inconvenience" this is weird, I want to know how any one can make successful call ?
