Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Hi just received an email from IRCC that I'm not eligible to become a sponsor to my parents due to my income on 2015 which didn't reach the limit for 4member due to I was by myself on that year. anyways. My question is how long does it take for the embassy of Canada in Manila Philippines to have a result since I ticked the box that will continue the PR process regardless of ineligibility. Will be the result as well could be denied? Or is there a chance that they can consider to look at my income starting on 2016 to 2018 since according to them they started to process my application on March 2019 but I submitted my application on October 2018? Please give me some insight about this.. Thank you.

In your online status, do they show "Decision Made" and "Application Rejected" or you received an email only.

you submitted your application for PGP-2018 so 2015 income needs to be satisfied.

on my online status it says DECISION MADE and yes I received an email. But nothings says application rejected

i cant find the spread sheet sorry? its may 8th or 9th not 100 % sure.But why i am not able to see any status that is weird

You need to update your signature now You no longer have a temporary file but your ecas is available and application is linked as well.

You can use the receipt number, that you got on payment of fees.

Thanks ... tried that .. don't see anything yet .. perhaps the application has not been processed in the system. it was received by Ottawa on 19 Jun. Will try back in sometime.

In my case I can see ecas with my UCI & PA UCI but unable to see with receipt #.

Can someone explain why they are also checking 2015 when clearly last 3 yrs. income requirement is mentioned?

Because that person applied for the 2018 PGP. And somehow is asking questions about that in the 2019 PGP thread.
