I guess it is based on parent's residential address. If they are in Canada at the time of application on super visa etc then it is processed by Ottawa?

when you are checking status online, what Identification Type and number are you using?
Do they send you application #, case # once they receive application package?

Need expert advise on PGP Updated forms ( 06-2019)

I have below signed forms from Principal Applicant.
IMM 0008 (02-2019)
IMM 1344 (11-2018)
IMM 5406 (09-2018)

And CIC has update all most of all forms as of June 2019 and now I'm running behind time for getting my parents signatures on new forms and submit it before deadline June 28th.

Please advise is it ok to submit old dated forms or has to be updated forms ?

yes, it is ok to submit old forms as confirmed by CIC. I had a confirmation via phone and twitter account. They still accept the old versions.
