Hi, my biometrics has been updated in the system on 22nd May, however it is still shows that my action is required to give the biometrics in the status. Is that normal? Has anyone faced that?
Are you FSW-Outland with US residence?
I am FSW - Outland with Indian residence
If you get PPR while abroad you can reply back to that PPR email explaining your situation and can submit your passport to local embassy. I have seen so many posts like that so should not be a problem IMO.
And I don't think so you need to submit any docs for trips after AOR, though I'm not sure.
Thanks for the info. And yes I believe that you are correct about the travel documents as a local consultant confirmed the same.
@legalfalcon I will just ask if there will be a problem with my application if I will be resigning with my present job. Thanks
Hi cmcarla,
If you don't have points for your job offer, it doesn't matter. On the other hand, I believe by the time you passed the MED test, you would already pass the eligibility assessment (or may be in 2 weeks after MED). I'm not sure if they will double check later, so it's up to you to take the risk based on your situation.
I have a friend who lost his job offer after 6 months of applying for his PR and immediately before receiving his PPR, he didn't inform CIC and fortunately he received his PPR at the end.
Good luck
