Hey there. Just wanted to update that I have landed in Canada! The whole immigrating process took 20 minutes for me from the immigration line to exit at Toronto Pearson. Good luck to all who are waiting and hope you all get blessed with good news soon

Can anyone clarify to me what does the below message means? I checked the status online and its still pending and no updates provided till now. Thanks

“This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on behalf of xxxxxxxxx and family (if applicable).


This is to acknowledge receipt of your sponsorship application and to advise that your file is presently pending review by an officer. You will be contacted in the future if further information is required or as soon as the decision on your application is finalized.”

AOR already received April 24. Not sure why I am receiving this email again. It has been sent by CPC Sydney office

Yeah my gckey shows my eligibility is being reviewed, but idk if they are actually reviewing it or not.

The only way to know I think is to phone. My VO is London also so I’m awaiting transfer to there too

There are speculations that files aren't being transferred to LVO in 2019.. but idk if it's true or not.. but i sent an inquiry upon which they replied that my documents are being reviewed to determine if I meet their PR requirements or not and my file is still at Sydney.

I know that LVO takes a while to be transferred to, and then it’s slow even once you’re there. We can only remain positive
