i meant with regards to tie-breaker, some guys have their profile updated to june 15th,
Mine still shows June 3rd. This possibly means there will be a draw tomorrow, with June 15th or 14th as tie breaker and possibly the minimum score being less than 458. ( i made this inference on basis of previous conversations in this thread)
It is because a lot of CEC candidates have joined in. This is because during 2014-2015 a lot of students came to Canada. During these years, Canada boasted a lot of international students. Now that they have all passed out and many of them completed 1 year of work experience, CEC applications have increased, which confirms the high scores. i know 15 of my buddies alone who started applying since March and almost all of them got their ITA.

Plus there's a lot of awareness for Canada's Express Entry around the world than before.... most candidates who are single and are under 30 years now know that they have great chances of earning a PR without stress! CEC was designed majorly to keep international students back in Canada....... and most times their spouses who themselves have open-work status qualify even before the students complete their education.... so you see
Meanwhile it's worth it.... coming to think students pay an average of $34,000 for a 2-year college program!!

We are gambling on back to back draw that sometimes happens. There is a service notice and an update with invitation info, so there is a reason to believe so.

True,
So this means the Cut-off's on average are not going down any soon. With so much influx of Students and awareness, PR points are bound to increase. Canada is one of the cheapest countries for education, and with Australia, Europe, UK and USA narrowing Immigration, No wonder all eyes are on Canada now.

A while back all cut off score where hovering in the range of 430, then 440's, this year 450's and now 460's.. the average for next year(if the current trend-that is more high candidates) will be in 450 to 460.
