My documents was delivered on May 22nd by Canada Post and I have SCI SCHLIEBNER confirmation. Still I have not got any confirmation letter from CIC to show that they have received or open my documents. Do you know how long does it take normally to get the email from CIC? or is there any way to figure out

First wk of May was able to see their ecas last wk. It would be 4-6 wks now because of the late influx of applications. You may see something next wk.

Yes it is normal.

Mine was recvd May 14 as well. I can't see anything as well. Hopefully next week or the week after!

Mine was delivered on May 6th and I called IRCC last Friday. A gentleman helped me to look for my app and told me it haven’t open and process yet but he gave me an AP number. which start from XF followed with numbers. He told me once the officer start to process my app then they will delete the X. It took 37 mins to make this phone call. You may try to call them to confirm if they received your app before deadline.
