That number 5 line of yours is the biometrics letter update. Maybe it got updated late. ECAS is known to do that (even for Sponsor Approval letters). ECAS’s last update is decision made. No changes after that. When did you see the decision made status? You can call IRCC to ask about the PPR and find out if it was issued or not yet.

It's 1 June when I have seen decision made on that day I have checked this portal first time

Cmon a lot of cases are already sent to vo .... and from jan feb none sense that it would be last year may. My app says they are doing background check and eligiblity is also started...

I know, some others got PR, i know. But thats what they say. This is Life .
It means that some applications, “SOME” since May last year, process didnt start yet. It didnt say all of them! It means there is still some.

Anyway i was just trying to save ur time instead of calling and spending 1 hour on hold. But still u can call and give a try. No loose.

For those whose application is for Quebec, there has been news today of the Government of Quebec passing a new bill cancelling immigration applications to Quebec. I hope this won't affect anyone on this forum. Please get more info on this I have also attached a news link.

Is not new... na sponsorship wont be affected just the number of ppl cases gonna reduced this yesr only to 40 000.is the only change

Don’t worry. Your thoughts were right and you did the right thing by sharing. The others here are just trying to clarify for someone else reading so that they don’t start panicking as this whole process is already very stressful.

yes I can appreciate that. I'm the sponsor here with a now 2 year old. Would love to have dad here to support and reduce childcare cost. I'm drained . But got to keep the faith.
