Hello,
On IMM1344, Question4, Family Name, and other fields are written with *, like *Family Name(s) but Given Name(s) without *.
This is true for other forms too.
What is the meaning of "*", and Im not talking about Dates.

If we give the sin in que 8 and. 16 for Co-signer, we don’t need to provide any other income related questions in the income source form right?

According to the second page of the ITA, you don't need to complete IMM 5748.

"You can submit your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and give us your consent on the Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship (IMM 5768) form which allows us to receive your personal income tax information directly from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to determine your financial eligibility. If you do not wish to
provide your consent and SIN, you must complete and submit the applicable Income Sources for the Sponsorship of Parents and Grandparents (IMM 5748) form along with your Notices of Assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency for the 3 taxation
years immediately preceding the date of your application. You can obtain your personal tax information using the CRA’s My Account online service. To register or login, visit My Account"

Man that's a lot of pages! I really dont think it is even possible to print 574,854,090,008 pages!

I don't think anywhere it is asked to submit blank forms, if not applicable??????

A little off topic but hoping we can move on.

Do you know if we could call CIC and find out whether they receive an application or not?
My Canada post status still shows "in transit" while I paid for over night services.

They go to a processing centre so you should wait a week if you insist on calling.

Hi guys, I had a question for my cousin who is also filling out the sponsorship forms and I am not sure what the answer to the question is. My uncle and aunty who my cousin is sponsoring had fought cancer, my aunt about 3 years ago and my uncle just recently. Do we need to include this under medical history when we submit the application? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

My documents was delivered on May 22nd by Canada Post and I have SCI SCHLIEBNER confirmation. Still I have not got any confirmation letter from CIC to show that they have received or open my documents. Do you know how long does it take normally to get the email from CIC? or is there any way to figure out
