It should take a couple of weeks from the day they receive it to the day they dispatch it. You better call them to understand the reason behind the delay
So I finally received the COPR in my online account from the London office. 42 days since my RFV letter. I messaged them 5 times today so I guess they got sick of being pestered. I'm exhausted, what a horrible experience this whole thing has been but hopefully it goes smoothly for all of us hereon in.
They also emailed me:
"Dear Applicant,
We are sorry for the delay in sending out your documents. This is down to an exceeding large workload in the visa issuing office this time of year. I can confirm that your COPRs have been sent signed for to your address on file. These should be with you in the next few days. Your documents are valid until April 2020.

We'd like to make sure our documentation is OK - especially since there have been zero updates to our account and it says its in progress and they're reviewing us for eligibility - even though we got our PPR email over 2 weeks ago.
I checked this morning and nothing has changed. My CIC account still show Submitted and my return label hasn't been activated yet. I am getting worried now, honestly.

We can't even check our CIC account because our lawyers have access to it and we have to keep asking them for screenshots. We haven't heard anything either. it was been 13 business days
