Mine too, but it doesn't make sense, shouldn't BG taking longer be a consequence, not a cause, of complexity?

Got 4 ghost updates and yet no ppr

Yday I called ircc and got the worst agent
She was not ready to disclose any information. She just said background check is still in process...... When I asked about security, she very rudely said....... That she can only tell that background check is in process and she cannot mention separately about security and criminality.......

To whatever I tried to ask she tried to cut my words and just said that she can't tell me anything further.......
So after 220 days of waiting...... This is how the agents treat us.......

Just spoke to an agent.. she said the same status eligibility met, criminality and security not started. AOR 10th nov and only MEP 12th dec.
God only knows what the hell is going on.
On one hand they say ‘due to technical issue our agents won’t b able to tell you the status of ur file’ and on the other hand agent put me on hold for not more than 5 seconds to check the status and says ur status is one and the same.”
I mean if the systems are not working due to technical error then how come they are tellin us the status?
Secondly, previously the hold time for checking the profile status used to be almost 1-2 minutes which is now less than 5 seconds..
It seems a big scam where they are just playing around with us and earning interest on our money

Honestly, I would rather go bald than try to find any more reason behind the logic with Ottawa's processing times.

I'm stuck in Sydney too and it's so frustrating!

Did you guys got any update recently from CIO sydney. My file is also at CIO sydney from beginning. Did not get any update till now NOV 4 AOR.

@SithLord if I reject an ITA then do I need to create new profile or same profile can be used to get new ITA?

Rejecting an ITA is due to document not available within submission timeframe.
